1. Introduction

PENTCAI® ("we", "us", or "our") is a registered trademark (Reg. No. 73390430) specializing in 3C electronics, office equipment, inkjet printers, and computer peripherals. These Terms govern your access to www.pentcai.com ("Site") and all product purchases. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Product Information

• Scope: We sell:

  • Computer peripherals (keyboards, mice, monitors)

  • Office electronics (printers, scanners, projectors)

  • Consumer electronics (USB hubs, power banks, cables)

• Specifications: Product details (dimensions, compatibility, specs) are provided on product pages. Minor variations may occur.

• Pricing: All prices are in USD/EUR (select during checkout). Prices exclude taxes/shipping unless stated.

3. Order Acceptance & Payment

• Orders constitute an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs when we ship.
